Participation in Best of 2012: Private Practice and Outpatient Facilities will deliver unmatched exposure for you and your practice or facility. The Best of 2012: Private Practice and Outpatient Facilities issue will reach a nationwide audience through 30,000 Physical Therapy Products print subscribers and thousands more who read Physical Therapy Products and its related electronic products online.

Step One: Creation of the Candidate Pool

Formal Nominations

Nominations will open on September 12, 2011 and remain open until February 17, 2012. During this time, Physical Therapy Products invites you to nominate a private practice or outpatient facility* by completing the online application form here.
* Self-nominations also accepted.

Step Two: Evaluation of Private Practices and Outpatient Facilities in Candidate Pool

As applications are received, our panel of industry experts will review applications and validate qualified participants for inclusion in the Best of 2012 issue.

Step Three: Best of 2012: Private Practice and Outpatient Facilities Announcement

Physical Therapy Products will notify those who will be included in the combined May/June 2012 special section no later than March 2, 2012.
